Employment Information Services Giant, Nikkei HR, Expands Hosting Service Agreement with SAVVIS

Achieves High Performance and Flexibility to Handle Large Volume and Seasonal
Fluctuations in Online Recruitment Business
TOKYO - September 10, 2008 - SAVVIS Communications K.K., the Japanese
subsidiary of SAVVIS, Inc., a global leader in IT infrastructure services, today
announced that Nikkei Human Resources, Inc., which operates Nikkei Employment
Navi and Nikkei Career Net, has expanded its agreement with SAVVIS for the
hosting of Nikkei Career Net.
Nikkei HR is a specialist in employment information services and provides
information on employment opportunities through Web sites such as Nikkei
Employment Navi and Nikkei Career Net. In 2006, Nikkei HR introduced SAVVIS
Hosting and Managed Security Services for Nikkei Career Net. The expansion of
this agreement is in response to the need for online information services in the
rapidly growing recruitment market. It will also enable a flexible, speedy
response to future growth and changing demands.
The agreement with SAVVIS will enable Nikkei HR to meet and get ahead of the
changing needs and requirements of the online recruitment market. This market
requires the rapid delivery of large blocks of data, the careful handling of
business and personal information ? which are all subject to seasonal
fluctuations. SAVVIS? flexible, scalable and secure solution is ideal for
meeting these complex business requirements.
