Hosted Solutions Welcomes North Carolina State University Students for Data Center Tour

educational tours of its Raleigh data center for 91 North Carolina State
University Master of Accounting (MAC) students November 5, 2008.
One of the courses all MAC students complete is titled ?IT Risks and Controls,"
which highlights the importance of managing technology related risks to ensure
that businesses stay successful and valuable.
Hosted Solutions is hosting the tour as a visual example of key controls that
showcase the importance of managing IT risks by protecting technology assets
residing in data centers. The graduate students will have the opportunity to see
firsthand various control techniques including security, fire protection,
biometrics, backup power and heating/cooling controls.
