Sunrise Office Enables Mobile Data Management with Parallels Automation

Real-Time Administration for Smartphone Service from Hosted Exchange and Data
Synchronization
MUNICH, Zurich and RENTON, Wash., November 26, 2008 ? Sunrise, the second
largest telecommunications company in Switzerland, announced today that it is
using Parallels Automation for its new software-as-a-service offering. The
offering, named Sunrise Office, gets business underway by providing users with
constantly synchronized information such as e-mail, calendar, contacts and task
lists between mobile phone, laptop or PC automatically stored via a secure
Internet connection.
Sunrise Office is managed and secured by Sunrise and based on Microsoft?s
Exchange 2007 servers. The software is web-based and will be easily accessible
in real-time through the Sunrise Control Center. Phone/data synchronization is
also available through the sunrise mobile network, which is secure and highly
available due to the strategic geographical placement of the Data Center.

automation allows Sunrise to offer complete real-time implementation from order
to delivery and invoicing that is instantly available to customers immediately

Parallels Automation is designed specifically for the needs of service providers
designed to provide hosting services through a multi-layered, easy to use
control panel with integrated billing system. Sunrise saw the undeniable value
of automating billing and customer care and ultimately chose Parallels
Automation because of the straightforward individual steps involved in the
online ordering process. Sunrise uses Parallels Plesk Control Panel for the
simple graphical administration of the hosting solutions from Microsoft.

Mobility or Complete
Sunrise Office will be offered in two versions, "Mobility" and "Complete", which
can be combined as needed. Sunrise Office "Mobility" suits on-the-go employees
by enabling access to data from their laptop or PC with Outlook Web Access while
on the road. In addition, mobile access can also be simply granted through the
phone with ActiveSync.
Sunrise Office "Complete" is a full range of tailored Sunrise Office
capabilities and therefore, suitable for more traditional employees, who work
primarily from the office. Employees are able to use Microsoft Outlook, in
addition to "Mobility" in order to have all their data synchronized and at their
fingertips. Customers can access Sunrise Office with their own domain and also
use their website at Sunrise host.
