The company also unveiled new low pricing on select servers. The Xeon 3210 SAS ?
regularly priced at $249 per month ? is now $199, a savings of 20 percent. The
Xeon 3210 SATA is now $179 per month, down from $199. Additionally, The Planet
is offering the Dual Xeon 2.4 SCSI for $115 per month, a 47 percent discount and
its lowest-ever listed price from The Planet. The offer includes free setup, a
$25 value.
The Planet is offering a free fifth server for customers who purchase four
servers in a Dedicated Private Rack, a complex hosting solution with
customizable options for bandwidth, networking and advanced hosting technologies
such as load balancers and firewalls. Customers can also receive free setup ? a
savings of up to $1,000 ? when they add a load balancer to any Private Rack or
Virtual Private Rack order.
