secrets or protected health information is not being shared inappropriately

This solution allows managers to add a standardized disclaimer statement to the
bottom of every email employees distribute and it cannot be edited or removed.
It also addresses the need for companies to minimize risks by automating the
enforcement of a company-wide email policy.
